Delivery

We ships products anywhere within Malaysia. All orders are processed for shipping between 10 am and 5 pm Monday to Sunday.

Within Malaysia

In order to achieve quality service, we usually process orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will ship out the orders on the same or next working day (Exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays).

Shipping costs are calculated per order, not per item purchased so you can order several items and the shipping cost remains the same. And the system will automatically calculate the right shipping cost for all the items in the cart.

Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.

Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).

Tracking your order:

When your order is dispatched, we will send an email confirmation with tracking information. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder.

To track your parcel, enter the tracking number on the "track my order" page and you will get real-time updates.

I have a problem with my delivery

I haven’t received my order

Simply check the online tracking for your parcel on the "Track My Order" page. If the parcel shows it’s been delivered, but you haven't received anything, please let us know and we can help you.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.

I’ve received the wrong item

We’re really sorry if you received the wrong item/it wasn’t as described. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you further.
